I understand I can pause during recording, and Alvena will steer away from topics I mark off limits. I understand everything I say on the record may be used, and I have no right to review, approve, edit or remove any part of the episode before or after release.

Guest appearance release

By signing, the Guest grants the Producer the rights below. "Producer" means Alvena Ode, the MintMind Podcast and Blastily, plus their successors, assigns and licensees. "Recording" means all audio, video, photos, transcripts and written answers from this appearance.

Grant of rights. The Guest grants the Producer a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to record, edit, reproduce, publish, distribute, broadcast, stream and archive the Recording in any format or medium now known or later developed.
Name and likeness. The Guest permits use of their name, voice, image, likeness, biography, title, business name and logo with the Recording and to promote the podcast, the episode, the Guest and the Producer's businesses.
Promotional use. This includes trailers, clips, reels, quote graphics, audiograms, show notes, newsletters, websites, social media, paid advertising, press releases and case studies.
Editing. The Producer may edit, shorten, reorder, caption, translate and adapt the Recording, provided edits do not intentionally misrepresent the Guest's statements or meaning.
Boundaries honoured. The Producer will not raise topics the Guest marks off limits in Part 3. The Guest has no right of review, approval or final cut, and may not require any part of the Recording to be removed or altered.
Ownership. The Producer owns the Recording and all edits. The Guest keeps ownership of their own business, trademarks and pre-existing material, and may share published episode links and clips with credit to the MintMind Podcast.
No payment. The Guest's participation is voluntary and unpaid. No fees, royalties or other compensation are owed for any use under this release, unless agreed separately in writing.
Guest statements. The Guest confirms that what they share is true to the best of their knowledge, is theirs to share, does not breach any confidentiality or third-party rights, and does not constitute financial, legal or tax advice to listeners.
No obligation to publish. The Producer may choose not to publish, or to remove, the episode at any time.
Release of claims. The Guest releases the Producer from claims for invasion of privacy, defamation or right of publicity arising from uses permitted by this release, except where the Producer breaches Part 3.
Third parties. Sponsors and platforms may display ads alongside the episode; this does not mean the Guest endorses them.
Governing law. This agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada.
Entire agreement. This document is the full agreement on these rights. If any clause is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Electronic signatures are valid.
